Operating on the medium wave frequency of 1134 kHz AM, the station delivers a wide-ranging schedule featuring national news bulletins, current affairs programs, socio-economic discussions, educational segments, and agricultural guidance for rural communities. To serve the diverse multi-ethnic demographic of Balochistan, PBC Quetta broadcasts extensively in multiple languages, including Balochi, Pashto, Brahui, Urdu, and English. It frequently showcases regional folk artists and local cultural performances alongside national classical and pop music. Broadcasting directly from its historic Broadcasting House near the Iranian Consulate on Ghalib Road in Quetta, the station maintains state-of-the-art regional production facilities.
