Voodoo 103.7

📖 About

Voodoo 103.7 (call sign: WFFX, 103.7 FM) is a commercial rhythmic adult contemporary radio station licensed to Marrero, Louisiana, and serving the greater New Orleans metropolitan area. The frequency underwent a major structural evolution in October 2024, when its license was officially relocated from the Laurel-Hattiesburg, Mississippi market—where it had long broadcast as the classic rock station '103.7 The Fox'—to the New Orleans media market. Owned and operated by iHeartMedia, the station was subsequently reformatted and rebranded as Voodoo 103.7, filling a fresh niche in the Crescent City audio landscape with an upbeat, feel-good musical identity. The station's programming format is centered around rhythmic adult contemporary, classic hits, and melodic pop favorites spanning the 1980s, 1990s, 2000s, and today. Listeners tuning into Voodoo 103.7 enjoy an engaging musical rotation featuring iconic artists and dance-pop anthems from acts like TLC, Britney Spears, Bruno Mars, and Ed Sheeran. Alongside its continuous music format, the station provides lively on-air personality segments and syndicated entertainment features, including the popular Murphy, Sam & Jodi morning show, delivering lighthearted talk, contests, and lifestyle content tailored for New Orleans listeners. Broadcasting from iHeartMedia's regional studios located on Poydras Avenue in downtown New Orleans, WFFX transmits with an effective radiated power of 12,000 watts from a tower sited on Bayou Bienvenue Way. In addition to its primary analog FM signal and HD radio capabilities, Voodoo 103.7 streams worldwide through the digital iHeartRadio platform, making its signature blend of feel-good rhythmic hits accessible online via mobile devices, smart speakers, and web browsers.
