Tahiti Breeze 97.5

📖 About

Tahiti Breeze 97.5 holds a distinctive place in French Polynesia's media landscape as the first and only English-language radio station based on the island of Tahiti. Operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the station was created to serve English-speaking residents, international tourists, ex-pats, and local music enthusiasts who appreciate classic hits and easy-listening formats. By providing an English-language alternative in a predominantly French and Tahitian broadcasting market, Tahiti Breeze 97.5 bridges local island culture with global listeners across the Pacific and beyond. The station's programming is structured around its signature 'Comfort Music' format, featuring a seamless selection of classic hits, oldies, pop, R&B, country, and island-flavored Polynesian music spanning from the 1960s to contemporary times. A key highlight of the station's schedule is the 'Morning Breeze Show', hosted live from Tahiti by station founder Clifford Marriott. Alongside its musical rotation, the station incorporates English-language news updates, weather reports, and local cultural announcements, while fully supporting local and international artists in partnership with SACEM Polynésie. Headquartered in Faa'a near Papeete, Tahiti Breeze 97.5 broadcasts terrestrially on 97.5 FM alongside a strong global digital streaming presence. Listeners around the world can access the stream 24/7 through its official website (tahitibreeze.co) and major international radio directories such as TuneIn, Radio Garden, Streema, and Simple Radio.
