La Ke Buena 105.9

📖 About

La Ke Buena 105.9 (KSSA) is a commercial Spanish-language radio station licensed to Ingalls, Kansas, and serving the sprawling Southwest Kansas region, including Garden City and Dodge City. Operating with a robust effective radiated power of 100,000 watts, the station delivers a continuous 24/7 stream of vibrant Regional Mexican music, catering to the area's thriving Hispanic communities with a dynamic blend of traditional genres, banda, norteño, and modern Latin hits. Originally assigned the construction permit call sign KBIE in July 1998 before switching to KSSA later that year, the station has grown into a vital cultural and informational lifeline for Southwest Kansas under the ownership of My Town Media (operating through licensee Western Kansas Broadcast Center, LLC). In addition to its heavy rotation of popular regional Mexican tracks, KSSA features engaging, high-profile programming and syndicated personality-driven shows such as El Show del Mandril, Erica La Manzanita, and Irving El Chilango, which provide listeners with entertainment, community updates, and interactive talk. Broadcasting across the region via its 105.9 FM frequency, La Ke Buena connects deeply with its audience through local events, cultural programming, and digital availability via web streaming platforms. As part of My Town Media's regional cluster, KSSA remains an essential media voice, bridging communities across Ford, Finney, and surrounding counties with dedicated Spanish-language broadcasting.
