Originally launching on January 1, 1967, as KDLR-FM, the station was assigned its iconic KDVL call sign on June 19, 1978. Owned and operated by Double Z Broadcasting, Inc., KDVL operates alongside sister stations KDLR, KQZZ, and KZZY under the umbrella group Lake Region Radio Works. Long known to local listeners as "Cruiser 102," the station officially rebranded to "K-Devil FM" in June 2026, refreshing its station identity while continuing its long-standing tradition of local community broadcasting.
